We have Complete Rubber Mixing facilities in House & R&D centre following any International standard like ASTM, JIS, BIS or any customer specific standard.The combination of robust production systems and a passion for quality in the plant Ensures consistency in the compound properties, optimal productivity and gives us Daily Mixing Capacity of 500 kgs of high quality rubber compound. The plant is capable of processing all grades of rubber like NR, SBR, EPDM, CR, CSM, NBR, PVC-NBR, ACM, AEM, HNBR, Viton etc.

We have In House vast range of Injection Moulding rubber presses (Desma & Lin Ching Taiwan), Transfer and Compression moulding And extrusion facilities in Rubber moulding Presses from 12"x12"x 96" & 48" capacity. We can carryout Manufacturing of any kind of rubber Components strictly as per customer’s specificationand drawings.
Plastic Injection Moulding
We are capable of moulding plastic injection moulded components in glass filled Nylon Poly Carbonate, HDPE, ABS, LLDPE, PP, Taflon, Derline & various engineering plastic up to 2 Kg shot Weight capacity. We manufacture plastic components for all application for automobile application, House hold and all other application.
